As a global traveler, I've always found time to cook with locals and pick up what I can in the kitchen. As for my favorite dish, it has to be pasta; with so many possibilities, who doesn't love pasta?
As a result of my travels, my culinary training, and food writing, I have been published in an online Italian magazine, ThePuglia.com and as a featured blogger on Urbanspoon, TasteFresno, and Noms.in.
After 20 plus years in finance, I was recently quoted in the September 1, 2011 edition of the Wall Street Journal regarding San Francisco restaurants. There is a certain irony about being published in The Journal after working in finance for so long, especially being quoted for a food related article. Go figure.
